Kuala Lumpur• Assist the Project Management Team to all matters relating to the project.
• Assist Project Management Team in supervising the engineers and personnel undertaking the project including subcontractor and third party.
• Plan and coordinate project management activities and interface issues between disciplines.
• Review all design work of engineering deliverables required for the onshore and facilities.

Kuala Lumpur• Lead a positive HSSE culture and behavior across MOFS and particularly within their sphere of influence.
• Responsible for the efficient, timely, accurate and cost-effective management and delivery of the function’s activities within the designated area of responsibility.
• Supports project leadership in implementing the management system.
• Responsible for the co-ordination, preparation and delivery of the project.
• Supervises, co-ordinates and monitors QHSSE performance, Objective and Targets.

• Minimum Diploma in Management, Business Admin, Human Resources or other related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing direct workers for Oil and Gas construction projects
• Well verse with offshore and onshore facilities requirements for Contractor
• Positive attitude with good skills to handle inquiries from workers
• Demonstrated facility with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Responsible to prepare E&I Job card, Work pack, Procedures, etc.
• Responsible to prepare/verify MTO prior to Procurement process
• Responsible to prepare/verify equipment, tools and consumables list
• Responsible to plan, coordinate, monitor, expedite overall project execution on E&I with support of other team• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I Construction and Commissioning (Offshore or Onshore)
• Well versed with PTS, CSP and other standards
• Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, verbal and written and proven ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated success leading/mentoring a team to fulfil stated objectives
• Demonstrated facility with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Power Point.
