Kuala Lumpur• Assist the Project Management Team to all matters relating to the project.
• Assist Project Management Team in supervising the engineers and personnel undertaking the project including subcontractor and third party.
• Plan and coordinate project management activities and interface issues between disciplines.
• Review all design work of engineering deliverables required for the onshore and facilities.
• Conduct technical review of the project involving all disciplines to ensure compliance to client’s specification

• Manage Suppliers/sub-contractors which shall be accountable to provide adequate quality, safety and environmentally friendly products and services.
• Closely work with contractor and client on the execution of the construction.• A recognized engineering degree in relevant field
• Registered as engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Valid CIDB Green card.

Kuala Lumpur• Lead a positive HSSE culture and behavior across MOFS and particularly within their sphere of influence.
• Responsible for the efficient, timely, accurate and cost-effective management and delivery of the function’s activities within the designated area of responsibility.
• Supports project leadership in implementing the management system.
• Responsible for the co-ordination, preparation and delivery of the project.
• Supervises, co-ordinates and monitors QHSSE performance, Objective and Targets.
• Assists project management team(s) in defining its QHSSE resource requirements.

• Manage and support improvement programs, identify and evaluate workplace hazards.
• Maintain reports of accidents and determine root issues for management action.

• Conduct HSE Induction and awareness program.

• Responsible to ensure the appointed sub-contractor and suppliers comply with the established QHSSE System as well as legal requirements, where applicable.
• Responsible to assist QHSSE MR to brief sub-contractor on relevant QHSSE procedures as well as monitoring the compliance
• Responsible to take necessary corrective action on the non-conformance raised during the QHSSE audit.
• Accountable for QHSSE performance and incidence of pollution & accident prevention effectiveness.
• Coordinate the effective implementation of the PEQP and Quality Management System by Contractor procedures across and within each function of the Project team.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the project quality system and recommends changes for improvements where applicable.
• Promote client’s quality requirement throughout organization.
• Verify QHSSE activities as per plan.
• Manage and maintain QA and Department filing system.
• Perform necessary administrative duties for all spectrums of documentation inclusive of ISO documents.

• Assist Discipline Engineer to perform site visit, red line mark-up and site visit report.
• Ensure all the red line mark-ups are updated / incorporated correctly to the as-built drawings.
• Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competency, as required by their supervisor from time to time.
• Integrated and/or consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE)element in all activities to ensure company’s QHSSE objectives and targets are met• Minimum Diploma in relevant field.

• Provide guidance to the team for the efficient and adequate management of the procurement activities orders (orders priority, orders allocation to procurement team)

• Responsible for SOPs implementation, continuous improvements and updates

• Responsible for the timely filing of documents necessary for the prompt payment of suppliers

• Responsible of coordinating with subordinate on expediting of every Purchase Order and delivery by Vendor
• Responsible for PR/RFQ/CBE/PO check and quality including negotiation
• Responsible for timely and accurate data inputs in system and continuous improvements
• Responsible for quality and timely issuance of shipment overviews
• Monitor the prompt contribution and/or handling of orders- and shipment related complaints and incidents, client relations and Quality Control team as part of company incident management
• Responsible for continuous products’ registration by vendors
• Perform other duties such as transactional procurement activities, as needed and directed by the Head of Project Services• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering, logistics, management, business, or other related area;
• At minimum total eight years (8) of experience executing and/or managing commodity procurements including at least four (5) years’ experience managing engineering design and EPCC projects procurement in Oil and Gas Industry
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in international procurement standard, transport and logistics (international freight forwarding, import/export regulations including INCO terms and custom clearance procedures) is highly desired
• Proven, successful experience communicating and collaborating effectively with international and local oil & gas / energy products and vendors
• Demonstrated success leading/mentoring a team to fulfil stated objectives
• Highly integrity, strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, verbal and written communications & interpersonal interaction and proven ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
